I started making cakes for my oldest son when he was 2 years old. That was 11 years ago and many cakes later. I started using fondant a few years ago for my youngest son's first birthday cake. It is my new love for cake decorating as the possibilites are endless.
Things are a bit more challenging when making cakes and treats for my 6 year old (he is allergic to wheat and eggs) so I'm constantly learning new recipes for him to eat.
